Pre-register a Place in Kindergarten
The Kita-Place web portal offers you an overview of all 200 kindergartens in Duisburg. Here you can pre-register your child for up to eight of your preferred kindergartens. Pre-registering here does not mean that kindergarten places will be allocated via this web portal.
Assignment of Kindergarten Places
Places are assigned via the management of the kindergartens. At the end of each year, the assignment of places for August, 1st of the following year is started. The management of the kindergartens which have capacities to accept your child/children will contact you.
Before You Start
At this point, we'd like to remind you that your child's preferred kindergartens should be determined before you pre-register your child. Please be sure to visit your preferred kindergartens on site and inform yourself about the pedagogical concept as well as the opening hours.
